Jesus for the Anxious introduces Christian counseling techniques in an easy-to-use, interactive approach. Daily readings are informed by scripture, neuroscience and psychology, centered on connecting with Jesus and overcoming anxiety. Readers practice coping skills and relationship skills, creating their own Calm Skills Toolbox for future life storms. More importantly, they walk away with a deeper connection with Jesus, knowing that he is for the anxious.

After many requests from clients, acquaintances, and friends, I've put my therapy practices into book form for Christians struggling with anxiety. I have an agent working on this with me! I will update this page when the book is published.
