I use Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. I also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications).​I collect such information for the following purposes:

If you contact me, I may keep a record of that correspondence. When you send a message through the Melissa Fisher Counseling website, as part of the process, I collect personal information you give me such as your name and email address. STORAGE, USE, SHARING, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Melissa Fisher Counseling (the website) is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to advertise my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once I have received your information, I will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access. Note, this means any information you provide via this website cannot be protected and thus we cannot consider these transmissions appropriate for a counseling relationship. Thus any information transmitted via this website is not covered by HIPAA law. Only information provided to me under a contractual counseling relationship may be considered under that law, and additional consent forms are required for such a relationship.​
